OUR POLICIES

24-Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
We require that you give us a 24-hour notice if you're unable to make your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24-hours are charged 50% to the card on file. Appointments cancelled within 3 hours of your appointment is a 100% charge. Failure to pay the cancellation/reschedule fee results in being banned from booking at Venus Esthetics until the amount due is paid, and a 50% deposit will be required.

No Call - No Show Policy
We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you're unable to make your appointment. Clients who do not contact us to let us know they're unable to make their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. 

Late Policy:
Please be mindful of your esthetician's, and other clients' time. I ask that you arrive 5 minutes early. I have a 5 minute grace period since I'm usually booked back to back, and I only have time for what is booked. I ask that if you must be late, please contact me before your appointment start time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late I may not be able to complete your service(s) and will require you to be rescheduled and will charge a rescheduling fee.

NO PETS!

No unsupervised children under the age of 10. All children under the age of 10 are required to be accompanied by an additional adult. Please do not bring your children if they are loud, this is a spa.
